ESSER III

Elementary & Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER III)

Federal funds provided through the U.S. Department of Education’s Elementary & Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (also known as ESSER III) will be leveraged by the district to support the strategies listed in the district's Return to Learn Plan.  ESSER III funds will also be utilized to provide for continuity of services and to implement the health and safety measures included in the plan.  The district’s projected uses of ESSER III funds will be posted publicly as part of the consent agenda of each regular monthly school board meeting through July 30, 2023. Monthly school board agendas are posted on the district website with a link to the ESSER III spending plan, so members of the public will always have access to the list of planned expenditures.

The district will provide regular opportunities for public input on the planned use of ESSER III funds.  Any stakeholder wishing to share input regarding the district’s ongoing plan for use of federal ESSER III funds is encouraged to share their input with the board of education by participating in the public forum held at the beginning of each regular monthly school board meeting.

The current ESSER III Plan is linked to the consent agenda of each monthly school board meeting.  It can also be viewed at the link below:
