Transcript Request

If you are not a current North Tama student, you will need to contact the school to request your transcripts. During the school year, please email the Secondary School Counselor, Lindsay Linck. (lindsay.linck@ntredhawks.org). During the summer, please call the main office: 319-478-2265 and choose option #1.

When you make your request, please include your year of graduation, your full name at the time of graduation, and the location where the transcripts should be sent. 

Students who need a transcript for a college application, military recruiter, or scholarship application can use the form below to submit a request to the Main Office. Requests are handled as quickly as possible.
