21st Century Skills in Science

The Iowa Core Curriculum states all students need to develop 21st Century skills in order to lead successful lives in rapidly changing global world. Students must be able to think critically, solve problems, communicate effectively, and work well with others in order to be successful in today’s world. These skills are intertwined with content knowledge and are intentionally taught and practiced in science at North Tama Elementary.
